DSMS E-FLASH Shipping Destinations

DSMS E-FLASH currently only ships to Singapore.

Payment

All prices on the DSMS E-FLASH are given in Singapore Dollars ($) and are shown inclusive of Singapore Government Service Tax (GST) at the current rate which is 7%. This will appear on your order confirmation and is itemized for you as you pass through the checkout in the DSMS E-FLASH.

If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside Singapore, this sales tax will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice.

Please note that DSMS E-FLASH has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.


Your Order

When you place an order with DSMS E-FLASH a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.

No-Return Policy

Due to the high demand nature of product launches, we do not accept cancellations or returns for all orders on DSMS E-FLASH, except where the item received is defective or incorrect.

 

Defective Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please email eshop@dsm-sg.com within 3 working days of receipt of delivery and provide the following details:

 

- Order Number (to be found on invoice)
- Full Name
- Shipping Address
- E-Mail Address
- Item Name, Size
- Photographic evidence to support defective or incorrect item claim

 

Once you have received confirmation, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you. You cannot return goods without prior approval from DSMS E-SHOP.

 

International Customs Duties

Please be aware that international customs duties are NOT refunded for shipments outside Singapore. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive to DSMS E-SHOP within the above stated timeframe. Please note that DSMS E-SHOP does not accept liability for returned goods.

 

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of shipment or the relevant shipper's airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is defective.
